The chemical we use provides an invisible anti-microbial protective shield on all surfaces which lasts for at least 28 days giving you, your employees and customers a peace of mind that you won’t get with any other disinfectant service. The shield does not deteriorate with normal daily cleaning operations so they can be carried out as usual.
When applied to a surface by ‘fogging’ or specialist fine micron sprayer; The chemical leaves behind a mono-molecular layer that permanently bonds to the surface. These molecules are antimicrobial, silane based polymers that covalently bond to the surface forming a barrier of positively charged microscopic pins. The positively charged microscopic pins attract and pierce negatively charged pathogens. The pins rupture the cell walls. This causes the pathogen to break up with lethal effect.
The layer of molecular antimicrobial pins carries on working for at least 28 days on surfaces. Routine cleaning can continue and does not disrupt the chemicals molecule or its antimicrobial activity. Price on application depending on total size.

A number of years ago, a New Zealand company, secured the exclusive world distribution rights for
the two unique products originally produced by a U.S. based manufacturer. They ultimately reached
an agreement with that company for the acquisition of the manufacturing facility, its Intellectual
Property and all associated patents. This is also now manufactured in New Zealand.
The original technologywas developed for the US Navy to control the spread of microbial infections
within the confines of nuclear submarines. Until the 1990’s, this cutting-edge technology was literally
a military secret.

WHAT IS IT?
The chemical is made from the most basic of raw organic compounds. Today, it has been reengineered and now its 11th generation is a water based solution which provides the antibacterial,
antiviral, anti-fungal and anti-algal protection of a broad spectrum antimicrobial sanitiser that
continuously kills for up to one month from each application whilst being totally non-toxic for
humans and animals alike.
It can be applied as a mist, as a spray, even applied with a brush or used as a textile dip. It does not
require mixing (ready to use) and is safe to; handle / transport / store. It is non-flammable, not
classified as a “Dangerous Good” and is certified as ‘Food Safe’.
When the application dries, the micro thin coating forms a super strong covalent bond with the
treated surface. It can be likened to having millions of sword-shaped “road spikes” on the surface –
each of which attracts, pierces the membrane of the organism (lysis) and kills via electrocution. The
same molecule molecule is capable of attacking new bacteria cells again and again with only a single
application. Because it does not kill the organisms by poisoning with toxic chemicals, they cannot
adapt to it so there is no possibility of mutation and consequently no possibility of superbugs forming.
Its colourless, odourless, non-leaching, environmentally safe, non corrosive and whilst completely safe
for humans, plants, food preparation areas and animals, is deadly for a wide range of micro organisms
